The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate a late check-in and check-out very smoothly. The space is very spacious, with a large bathroom which had lots of counter space which is rare to find at this price! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the como area as it is located so close to the port and all the restaurants and shops! Bonus points for having a diffuser attachment on the hairdryer as a curly girl who was in need of one!

**Five stars — perfect base in Como** Absolutely perfect stay. The location is right in the heart of Como, which made everything walkable — the lakefront, restaurants, shops, all just a few minutes away. Transit is a real strength here. It's an easy walk from Como San Giovanni station, and it's practically next door to Como Lago, which makes arriving and getting around genuinely effortless. The room was spotlessly clean and pleasantly modern, and — importantly for summer — the air conditioning worked beautifully. That's not a given in this part of Italy, so it made a real difference after a warm day out. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with directions or recommendations. Nothing to fault. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-run place in a great location, this is it. We'd stay here again without hesitation.

Stunning property at the prime location at Lake Como. Loved it for our honeymoon, big space and really convenient. 10/10 would stay there again. Tips for anyone taking an international train to Lake Como getting off at Como S. Giovanni station: take an official taxi to the hotel.

Struttura molto bella e curata in ogni dettaglio; la camera era un vero e proprio appartamento con ampi spazi, eccellente la pulizia. Posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi passi dal lago e a cinque minuti a piedi da un ampio parcheggio coperto. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e il check in, abbiamo tardato rispetto all’ora di arrivo prevista e sono stati molto gentili nell’attenderci. Consigliamo vivamente.
