Calm, cool and convenient for public transport and a wonderfully welcoming staff. We slept well, had a good breakfast and would certainly stay again especially if arriving by train.

What an amazing hotel. As soon as we arrived we felt happy, relaxed and protected. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the ladies in the breakfast room. There is an absolutely divine quiet terrace. The hotel was within walking distance to the train station, great shops and restaurants and of course, the lake.

Very nice hotel just a short walk from Como city center. Also very convenient to the Como train station. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and the breakfast was very good.

Fantastic hotel in Como! Perfect location as short walk from train station, lake and town center, restaurants, shops etc. The hotel and rooms extremely clean, comfy beds, great shower. The breakfast also very good. Staff are fantastic and extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here when we come back.

Good location. Walkable to the lake and into town. Staff nice and helpful. Our room had a very small terrace that was unusable because we couldn't get the door open. The only view of a garage was blocked anyway. Lake Como is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely boutique hotel. High-end bathroom fixtures and pretty little rooms. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choices for everyone’s tastes. Breakfast staff are efficient and friendly. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.

Fun spot. Smallish boutique hotel and quaint. Not in old city but a few blocks away, quiet, with a surprising number of restaurants nearby. Staff Cheery and very helpful. Highly recommend

The hotel is relatively clean and the staff are quite helpful and courteous. During our stay I could hear noisy heavy equipment at night and heavy truck. Seems a construction work nearby. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

A modest hotel on the outskirts of Como - some fifteen minutes from the Duomo, which is a long way by local standards. The services are very basic and breakfast rudimentary, but it is handy for the railway station, and the rooms facing away from the street are very quiet. Air-conditioning works well, so you do get a good night's sleep.

The rooms was exactly what we needed. The wifi sucked unless you were in the lobby. The area is close to the train station which was convenient but at night the roads were dark and sketchy.

Beware if you’re sensitive to chemica air scents

We were hit with an everwhelming suffocating artificial air smell upon entering the lobby of this property. Apparently they sell these sprays and scented sticks (big display in lobby). So our two nights here were unpleasant. The rooms are outfitted with old fashioned furnishings that provide few places for the guests’ items. The nightingale isn’t bright so our room was a bit depressing. The beds were comfortable and supportive, which we really appreciated. A full breakfast is served daily.
