The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrive early waited for the room to be clean. The staff gave us cups for coffee while waiting at the lobby preparing our room.

The property was good the front office staff was good but other guests were awful. Very loud obnoxious several times kids knocked on our doors . Apparently the staff was not able to control the parents with there kids. Which could have been a great stay turned out to be a disappointment.

Very nice stay

we only had one night, but stayed in a very nice room and the staff were very friendly. It is a bit of a walk to the city center but very easy to take the bus from here

Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

Highly recommend and convenient

Very convenient location in adorable Lake Como. 8 minute drive to the city center. Very easy to get to where we needed from here. They were very kind and held our bags in storage the day of our check out. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. Clean and spacious room.

The front desk was courteous, the hotel has an indoor parking garage, there is a big and nice supermarket near by. Walking to Lake Como from the hotel is about 5KM. There are two bus routes that go to Lake Como.

Enjoyable stay without a car

Location close to train station. Clean & very comfortable. It’s about an hour walk to the lake each way. There is a delicious pizzeria restaurant very close to eat at for lunch or dinner. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! So good and with eggs. There were 3 of us total & plenty of room in the triple room. Would recommend!

Laura at the property was the desk greeter. She was hospitable welcoming and professional. We arrived early and she was so nice to let us leave our back packs til we go back. There was a large group of kids and adults from a sports team staying when we were there and they were running down the halls and yelling and very noisy until late at night. We asked several times for them to be quiet, told hotel staff in the morning and expected some type of compensation for having to bear this while trying to relax and sleep. Hotel staff did not offer anything.

Lovely break & wedding in lake como.

We stayed for 3 nights just after the May bank holiday, the hotel is very clean, only 15 min cab ride into lake como, reception staff very helpful, continental breakie has a good selection. Only negative point would we that the sage in room is don’t work & this was also true for the other rooms the family had hired. Parking is available hence I would strongly suggest hiring a car if you want to drive around, also parking costs are very responsible compared to Uk. 2/3€ for most of the day. Getting a taxi after 11pm is a real challenge.
