Its an a AMAZING place! Immediately felt welcomed at at home! Wonderful location right near the historic town of Como, room ("Liz") is superb, comfortable, with a very unique and warm atmosphere! Excellent breakfast, warm and fresh! Wonderful, welcoming staff, owners invited us in as their personal guests! Thank you Gianpierro!

Don't be deterred by the construction surrounding this building - it is a beautifully restored church in a central part of Como (stone's throw from the lake). Giapi who runs this B&B is very friendly and helpful.
