Everything about this property was wonderful. The fact that it had parking made things very convenient. The welcome reception was lovely and the room was small which was expected, had an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do. The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe). Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were courteous and friendly. I was travelling alone and had booked a single room. While it was quite small, it was really nice and I had a view of the lake. The hotel has a great old world charm. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was excellent and included in the price. I can thoroughly recommend the Albergo terminus.

So many good things to say about this quintessential Italian hotel. It is beautifully decorated, the staff are very helpful, great location, extensive European breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking Lake Como. I ate dinner there on my first night and it was very good. Our room was a king deluxe overlooking the adjacent piazza. It was spacious and including a small fridge and microwave. I would stay there again.
