The location is great as it is in the middle of everything we wanted to see or walk to! It was a little noisy at night and in the morning as many people were in the piazza at all hours. The air conditioning left much to be desired for how warm it was, but it did take the edge off the heat. The staff was very helpful as we needed to book a water taxi to another part of the lake.

Hotel is in a perfect spot for exploring Como. Very central for restaurants, shops, port and the Lake. Staff were all really helpful. Only tip I’d give is if you are a light sleeper request a room at the back, the front is lovely during the day and having a balcony was lovely, but it is very noisy at night. Definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance to city center, ferry terminal. There are restaurants and boutiques in every corner/ street and 1 door down to the hotel. A beauty salon right next door where I did my hair. The staff the best; Irene was Wonderful, compassionate young lady, she was very helpful providing support. We were 4 friends and all of us experienced the same. Then, the ladies at the breakfast area, Rebeca and Dasha, very attentive and friendly. Love that the hotel was right on the plaza. In general it was a great place to stay. Recommended.
