Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was nice a firm...no lumps or worn matress. The breakfast was decent with cereal, bread, pastries, waffles, choices of protein (eggs, sausage, and yogurt), juices, and coffee. Nothing spectacular, but good and filling as far as a hotel breakfast goes. We arrived late, so we missed the managers reception, but heard from other guests thst it was nice. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was a little more than sweets and fruit. They served sausage patties and egg patties, biscuits and gravy. You could also make waffles. They provided yogurt, bagels, muffins, and juices. The oatmeal was instant. There was a small dog potty area at the back. This also looked like the newest hotel in Colville. Walmart is just a block away. I was there for a funeral and likely not going back to Colville, but if you need a place to stay, this is a great option.

The lobby and room were nice and had a good smell. Check-in was easy. The pool area is a problem. It the very least it needs a deep clean and some fixing up. And most it could use a full reno. There was another issue at 1 am. The front desk was playing loud music and our room is the closest to the desk. And some guests checked in late that were playing loud music out of their cell phones. If the pool was clean and there weren’t broken/damaged parts to it, and if the front desk issue hadn’t happened I would give four stars. If the breakfast was better it would get 5.

I would stay at this hotel again if I was passing through Coleville. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but that’s a feature of that sort of unit rather than a criticism of the hotel. I’ve stayed in more and less expensive hotels; all with the same issue.

The room was not clean. The toilet had significant evidence of previous use and there was old food in the refrigerator. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available and there was nothing to be done. I ended up cleaning my own toilet with wipes I had in my truck.
