I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this room was. I would stay here 100 more times this is probably the cleanest room I’ve had in quite some time sadly. Everyone was friendly and it was quiet. It’s next to a Starbucks and McDonalds.

The room was clean, the lady that checked me in was rude and Raciest, there is no wat she should be in customer service, i left the property, when i came back the next morning the same women had already been in my room and turn my key card off, when i went to turn my key in, i ask her about someone being in my room, she lied and said the window was open, i told her no it wasn't, then she admitted being in the room, i don't care if she's the owner or not, that is wrong and disrespectful, also towels was moved from the bathroom into the bed

The only complaint is that they did not have any shampoo but I was told that was because they could not give out the shampoo with the old hotel's name on it. I hope they have it by my next stay next week.

I understand you get what you pay for, but you never should have to “pay” extra for attitude. The room we had was terrible and when we were one night into a 7 night stay we tried to cancel, but they said that there’s a no refund policy.

I had to call the police on them. They refused to give me my room key even though I paid the deposit paid for the room and everything. They are very rude and disrespectful. My mom would come over in the morning just to say hi and they would be like you’re not allowed to have any gift on the property or are you paying for that person? Just very rude and disrespectful no good customer service from the time we walked in until the time we walked out.
