Very nice and historical hotel. One of the nicer ones I’ve stayed at, room was clean (although kind of small), gym was great, overall great experience. Not many amenities otherwise, no pool or breakfast, yes restaurant in lobby.

Clean room, nice staff, great location downtown for us. Walking distance to the Book Loft and German village. You unforrunately hear sirens and loud vehicles during the night. We were on the 6th floor we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was good and reasonably priced. Free coffee is offered in the lobby but no flavored creamers.

The staff at the Westin were awesome! The room doors are old; therefore you had to pull the door up and then use the room key to enter. This was the case with several of the rooms in our group. Considering the nightly rate you would think they would update the doors.

Staff were nice. However, the room was poor. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. The bathroom shower door wouldn't close. The toilet ran because the cistern was leaking, so it's constantly filling,the air-conditioning was very loud in the room. Breakfast was good. But I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is a beautiful old historic building with a pretty grand lobby. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The Italian restaurant and bar was good. Wait staff were very nice. My room was pretty small, but in an older historic building I can’t complain. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was nice.

Hotel needs attention! The carpet inside the room and hallway is full of dirty spots, and looks old and with repaired patches. The room and bathroom were clean in general, but the frame and the glass of the artwork as well of the shower door and mirrors have not been clean for a while. Same with the elevators. I know the hotel have that old look, but there is old charm and there is neglected all charm! The bar/restaurant was great, nice people around most of the time. Although, the person working on Thu April 2nd, not at all great, not interested, completely oblivious, unpleasant really
