Fabulous staff and a great lobby with plenty of room. There are comfortable couches for lounging and chairs and tables for working. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. There is a coffee maker w/premium coffee and tea and complimentary water. I enjoyed happy hour at the bar one day when the weather was nice. Would definitely go back!

We stayed there overnight after a day-long event at the statehouse. Check-in in was fast and pleasant--the staff is super-helpful and friendly. During check-in, we received a token for a welcome drink--great perk especially after wrapping up a long day! We stayed in a king-bed suite: we loved the modern and sophisticated design of the room and the spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower. Since we were staying on the eighth floor, we were just steps from the rooftop bar, Brass Eye. Dinner and drinks were superb: our faves from the menu were the Breads and Spreads, and the Crispy Cod. We will definitely be back with family--especially since it's just steps from COSI!
