The staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Our stay was nice and relaxing even though there was a softball tournament going just like last year at the same time but everything worked out. We will be staying there again in the future unless something changes.

The pull out trundle situation has a terrible mattress even for a child. We thought the queen beds were comfy at first, but my husband and both woke up with awful stiff necks. Pillows need updated! Felt safe to stay with children. Breakfast was ok average.

This has to be the best Hotel we have ever stayed at! Everything was excellent...Clean hotel, Large room, Beds were so comfortable, Very friendly staff, Nice breakfast bar and Loved having access to the Shuttle to and from OSU Medical Center! We stayed 3 nights on 2nd floor and it was so quiet! Would definitely recommend and especially for going back and forth to OSU Hospital or University.....only .6 mile away from both!
