I am very disappointed with my experience during my stay. The breakfast was extremely limited and did not meet expectations. In addition, the staff was not attentive to guests, which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming and poorly managed.
There were also several issues with the condition and upkeep of my room. My room ran out of toilet tissue on two separate occasions, which should not happen during a guest’s stay. I was also informed that room service had to be specifically requested rather than routinely provided, and despite staying multiple days, clean sheets were never provided throughout my stay.
I chose your property expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately the level of service and accommodations fell far below what was expected. Due to the multiple service failures during my stay, I would appreciate your review of this matter and consideration of an appropriate resolution or compensation.
