Our stay went well. We got by even though it was hard to get ahold of the staff by phone. Our room was clean and had a fridge and microwave but we took a portable coffee maker. Overall I would recommend it as being a little secluded yet close to everything, within minutes.

The rooms were clean, there was no soap or shampoo. There were not enough towels for 2 days and we couldn't ask the desk, as the doors were always locked

The property is well located, but it is showing its age a bit. The room was clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor, and, since there is no elevator, we had to make.a few trips up the stairs. On the plus side, it was very quiet and had plenty of parking which was helpful.

Must have been great in its heyday but it is quite run down now. Still the room was clean and there was plenty of hot water and the beds were comfortable, so it’s got the essentials!

The staff was fine, however it took me a bit of time to find the ice maker. The room was mainly clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a King bed with 3 regular pancake thin pillows. They are remodeling, but it looked like an amateur did the work. The paint was bad at best and the tile in the bathroom??? Oh no …. It didn’t match it had caulk everywhere and just really a poor job.

The property is very run down and does not have any amenities. However, our actual room had recently been renovated and if it had been cleaned properly, it would have been fine. Drywall and mortar dust was left all over the woodwork and the new floor had dust and small bits of debris all over. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom fixtures were clean. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the tiny bathroom area. I would not stay there again.

The outside and the parking lot is going through a renovation so it looks rough but the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great so don’t get turned off by the look of the outside.

We've stayed in worse, but... This is a place that is past it's hey-day, but struggling to become current. The new toilet and tile were nice, but incomplete and shoddy work with the grout. The water was immediately hot, but "meh" pressure and fixtures. The bedding was clean and the mattress was firm. Overall, utilitarian hotel decor and furniture that has been well used. The building materials and torn furniture around the property were a bit off-putting, but show a work in progress. All in all, it was affordable, relatively clean, and served our one-night purpose while still being close enough to where we wanted to go without being in the middle of everything. Our biggest issue was needing more easily accessible outlets for phone charging and Cpap machine.

Pros: Clean, updated basic bathroom, newer comfortable bed, fairly new vinyl wood flooring. Close walking to a grocery, McDonalds, Family Dollar. Easy walking distance to Brown County Music Center. Microwave. AC was a window unit, but newer, and worked great. Front Desk very helpful on check in. Cons: deadbolt couldn't be locked from the outside, but did work from the inside. Doorknob lock worked fine. Television was basic cable with a fuzzy and snowy picture, but sound was ok. Still watchable for what it was. I didn't try the internet. Some electrical sockets were loose and failed to power a phone charger.
