Great location and hotel staff I only dealt with was the concierge. He was very professional and helpful. I was checked in and out very quickly which is always a good thing for me. The room was very clean and well equipped with the necessary items for a nice stay. Had one of the best restaurants J. Alexander's I had eaten at a few times in various locations. One of the best carrot cakes made and to be quite honest. I never liked carrot cakes but a few friends recommended the restaurant and the carrot cake. Also, their baked potatoes are so good too. Quite fluffy and tasty.

Staff was friendly! Hallways smelled like weed; and because we had booked a couple nights, she informed us that we wouldn’t receive house keeping. The room was bright all night long due to a bright light right outside our window, we hardly slept, because it was like we had left all the lights on, even with all the windows closed completely. The room was pretty clean overall but some things needed more attention such as the shower curtain had a rip so it needed replaced. The bed was not the most comfortable but ok . The best things were the cleanliness and location of the motel. For the price through Expedia it was worth it but I had asked about staying a 5th night was was told $90 and at the price I would say go somewhere else.

Stayed 3 nights. The property is very clean and they go through every morning and sweep any trash up in the parking lot and property. Check in and check out was easy and staff was very friendly. Room was very clean! Rooms do not have a coffee pot but they do offer coffee in the lobby. Room had microwave and mini fridge which both worked great! Tv was easy to use with the guide. It’s in a very nice shopping complex with lots of other hotels, restaurants and stores around. We were there for a cheer comp at the convention center and it was about 16-20 minutes away but very easy to get to from hotel with gps. If ever back in Columbus I will definitely book and stay there again! Also pet friendly which was great cause I take my dog everywhere.

All in all, the place is pretty decent. Staff don't really talk to you much. The hotel is decently clean. No amenities to this place. It was decently quiet every night. There was one night that a woman was outside screaming at her boyfriend, I just minded my business and went inside. My only complaints are the bed was pretty firm and that the hot water doesn't get hotter than room temperature.
