It was shut down!!! I didn’t stay in the room and canceled the booking. There was a giant pee stain on the mattress cover. It's an older hotel, and it's not perfect, but it was well kept, and the staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable but not luxurious, and I slept just fine. There isn't much for breakfast, but several places are close by. If you need a place to stay in North Vernon, I think it's the only choice and sure beats driving to Seymour. It has a pool, it looked nice, but I did not get in it. There is only one washer and dryer, and they worked just fine for me.
