The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. I talked to the front desk guy about it and he said those are stains. I had to go buy cleaning products and clean it myself. It was terible I don’t recommend it to anyone!!

Couldn’t get any sleep. Divider door of the facility was next to my room and was being slammed every three minutes all night. I didn’t bother staying. Bathroom sink leaked like crazy, building had some minor damage on the doors and walls as well.

I travel often, and this hotel stood out! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessities. The staff was extremely courteous and ensured my stay was hassle-free. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!

Could not stay was a wast of money. The lobby was decent. The halls to the room were hazy with cigarette smoke, the room reaked of cigarette smoke, hole in the wall, very unclean, holes in the bathtub, only one door worked other than the main loby, did not feel safe at all. The parking lot had piles of old tree branches everywhere. Definitely do not stay here, very unsafe and disgusting.

The property it’s self isn’t bad just has not been well upkeep in the past few weeks it’s now under new ownership and the new owners have been VERY busy cleaning the whole property up the outside grounds have been cleaned up and now the rooms are being cleaned and fixing broken amenities I believe in a short time this hotel will be running much better and the only issue here will be the type of residents and guests that have been using it

We arrived at the facility on July 24th. The prices are really low so that’s why we chose this hotel. The staff is friendly enough, but they don’t get the job done. Air conditioning is leaking all over the building and the toilets do not work clogged sinks. Television issues. Facility is not clean.

Upgrade from the Buckeye…

Our room could have used a deep cleaning, but the bed was very comfy. Sheets were clean. No remote for tv, when given a universal it needed to be programmed which we never did get to work. It was definitely an upgrade from across the street but certainly could be worked on to be nicer.

I reserved the room with the hot tub and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was big and it was extremely clean. I even bought my own hospital issued disinfecting wipes and there wasn't any dirt anywhere that I wiped and believe you me I wiped everywhere in this room

This property looks like something that the owners bought after it had been sitting for a few years. The guys checking me in were not very nice and it was very unorganized. They never told us what time the"breakfast" was. The room had a hot shower but that is about it. The bed was hard and i didn't even get the king I reserved. The air conditioner worked but leaked everywhere and definitely was falling off the wall. Just not great

Terrible. Dirty, poor neighborhood, drug needles in parking lot. I defy anybody to prove anything other than a one star review as legitimate. Expedia should take this hotel off and I am going to demand a refund. We did NOT stay the night.

It was nasty! There was crackheads everywhere having bonfires! They were going drugs by the doors, yelling in the halls. Trash was everywhere. The room was full of trash and there were live roaches, the ac didn’t work, there was a weird smell and dirty bedding. The toilet was dirty and gross. I didn’t feel safe at all and it looks like they have cameras hidden. I wouldn’t recommend this place!
