Everything about my stay was perfect except I wished there was an easy way to get boiling water in my room I failed to get the coffee machine to make it and when I asked the front desk about it they said there was a way to do it but it would taste strongly of coffee. The spigots in the hallways near the elevators were suppose to have boiling water but I got either cold or tepid water from them (I tried multiple floors) so had to keep asking the bar staff for boiling water which is not convenient first thing in the morning for my tea. Otherwise absolutely amazing! Staff were very helpful and kind. The view of Downtown Columbus was wonderful. The bed was amazing and I slept soundly.
