The desk clerk "Ali" was extra ordinar. I arrived later then anticipated and she made me feel very welcome and offered what ever assistance was necessary to get me into my room. I recently had hip surgery so her due diligence was very welcome. The water temperature was luke warm not hot. Noise from upstairs for about 3 hours. Sounds like things were falling. Loud noises and banging. There were people running in the hall way on our floor.. noises were interrupting sleep and while my daughter was doing her homework. Attempt to call front desk but no one answered. Checkin staff was nice and friendly.
