Can't wait to come back!!!

Great stay. Breakfast was delicious. The only issues was that there was only 1 elevator working. Also, the handsoap needed to be refilled. The staff was very friendly.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good (omelets, bacon, sausage, cereal, etc.). Direct TV with plenty of channels. Good room temperature control. AC was not noisy on the low setting.

Mississippi stay….

Staff was excellent! Breakfast was good! Hotel was clean and had a clean smell! Only problem was the air conditioning in the room was cold but the moisture was heavy! Spoke with front desk and they sent a technician to fix it! Same issue after the technician came! Other than that the stay really good! Loved the area!

We booked a room with two queen sized beds, but when I got there, there were only rooms with one bed. I even paid an extra $10 fee to supposedly guarantee the room, and I still didn’t get it.

Nastiest hotel in the city and ran by thieves. My Apple Watch was stolen while I went to a funeral, how pathetic. The trash was left overflowing and the towels smelled like urine. Housekeeping didn’t do anything but scope out room to steal. Seems to be a scheme they are all on. I would stay away from here if you have anything of value. I also got Covid! I’m sure that also same from the dirty room! The only reason I came in town was for a funeral, left with Covid and had my watch stolen. 0/10 recommend.

The Holiday Inn Express is probably one of the highlights of the area. That being said the room was overall mostly clean. I could tell there were small touches - detailing aspects - that weren't being done. Also the TV in our room as well as one of the main TVs in the dining area had issues with the picture. The entire right half of our room TV was darker than the left half. When I inevitably have to go back to Columbus, I'd definitely consider staying here again, although I might check the other 2 hotels nearby to see if either are a noticeable improvement. I doubt beyond the 3 in this area, any other lodging in town would be up to the same comfort level.
