The 2 gentleman in front office were very helpful! The hotel was clean! The breakfast was fantastic! The Pool and jacuzzi were great after a long drive. Parking is 15$ and it’s secured!! If you’re looking for pizza in this Columbus area - try hound dogs delish!!!!

Good property near osu campus with nice gym and decent free breakfast. Only thing that stuck in the craw was being greeted at the front desk with an extra parking fee for “gated parking” $15/night. There were no gates to get in but the exit has one so essentially just a cash grab. Overall solid comparatively speaking with other hotels in this price range near campus.

The Room was nice and clean easy check in and check out. Hottub was not very hot or clean. The hallways smelt bad. The body wash in the shower was empty. The tv was discolored and glitchy. Overall small things that could be improved but the beds and room were nice for a quick trip.

This hotel went above and beyond making our stay in Columbus, OH for a Bruno Mars concert memorable!! Front desk staff were incredibly kind and checked in consistently during our stay to make sure things were to our satisfaction. I’m so glad we stayed here. I think the staff tries very hard to make this a very good experience. It was extremely crowded due to the golf tournament and the track meet and they worked really hard to make it all work. I would definitely recommend going back.

Staff was very nice. Unfortunately, they work for a chain/management that has infinded this property. Upon arrival at night I found my room’s ajar. The next morning upon return g to my room, the door would not open. Desk clerk was vey nice and opened it with her key. Upon investigation the Lu found that the doors battery had expired and needed to do a fix that took a few hours. The room was not very clean with old chipped tiles and broken shampoo dispenser. Substandard hotel. I feel bad for the staff who were very very nice. Like the guests, they deserve better.
