We actually really liked this hotel! It was super clean, the room was a nice size, and it was quiet! Our only complaint was the breakfast, the restaurant part was kinda pricey and we didn’t get what we asked for when it came out.

Nice place near great restaurants and shopping and close enough to Columbus to stay but not have the congestion surrounding downtown traffic. I also met some friendly people at the hotel lobby bar while we watched the local sports.

The receptionist Ms. Mila was very friendly and courteous. She welcomed us warmly and answered our requests swiftly. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Nice Lobby - very worn out rooms

The hotel itself seemed nice, the lobby was clean and updated. However the rooms are very worn. The computers were down when we were checking in so not only did we have to wait an hour to check in we never got room keys! The front desk staff had to walk us to our room. Then only one elevator was working so it took longer to get to and from our floor. Getting off on our floor the smell was not the best, the carpet was stained and extremely worn out. Our room was missing the sheets and blanket for the pullout sofa. And there were stains on the sofa cushions. The bathroom was ok, but the shower had cracks in the floor and the handle for the water was loose so it wouldn’t stay in place. Overall it was fine for one night, but we won’t be returning until major updates and cleaning is done.

very nice place

Very nice place to stay, very clean, very comfortable. Room was clean and updated. Pool was a welcome amenity even though the hot tub was still being worked on. Having a bar to relax after a long day was well worth it. You did have to pay for breakfast but it was hot and a decent value. i would defiantly stay here again. The location is perfect lots to do and lots of places to eat.

Very good location. Did not replace towels or soap or shampoo. (did not find out about the soap until I was in the shower). For the price, these should have been replaced. Otherwise, the room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Didn't like the fact that I had to pay additional money after I showed up to check in. Took them ten seconds to withdraw from my account but told me it'll be 3 to 5 days to get it back.
