This hotel feels worn out. The shower tiles had some missing grout, some of the caulk was not in good repair, the shampoo container was empty, there was a section of missing bathroom baseboard, and the room had a mild musty odor. Breakfast waffles were delicious, but, the orange juice and apple juice were terrible. It got the job done, but for $207, I would not stay here again.

The man working at the front desk during my check in was not friendly. The only words he spoke were my room number, no greetings, nothing. The only nice thing about the room was the large size. The room had a musty odor and the window shades did not function. The bathroom was not very clean. There was hair in the corners on the floor. The beds and pillows could be better. The complimentary breakfast was good and coffee was hot. I wouldn't return.

Nice hotel! Clean room. The front desk worker acted like she couldn't be bothered. When we stayed, there were a string of vehicle break-ins. Not the hotels fault, and apparently something that was happening all around Columbus. Close to the Easton Center & lots of restaurants and shopping!
