The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It is a great place to stay, especially because of its convenient proximity to Fort Benning and the National Infantry Museum. We would definitely stay here again.

Military friendly!! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made traveling with young kids a blessing. The property was well kept and clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel could use some TLC; the AC was pretty loud and there was some basic maintenance that needed done. Otherwise, it was a great hotel, I’d definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good, room was nice aside from a chipped mirror and lack of towel rod on the wall. Staff told me when I asked to check on my early check-in that I should've called the hotel first -- I did, and spoke with someone who said they'd put a note on my account. I told them exactly when I'd be arriving. I am not disappointed that my room was not ready, just how I was seemingly lectured to do exactly what I had done already.

The front area dining room chairs needed to be replaced or reuphoistered. Plus the temperature was a little uncomfortable in that area & the hallways. Our room Air Conditioner was to noisy so we had to change room without any problems. The ice machine wasn't working on the second floor. But our room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Overall the stay wasn't bad.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. We were consistently greeted at the door. They were also very helpful and guiding us to where we needed to go to our son’s Turning Green Ceremony, delicious restaurants to eat at, and to where we need to go to purchase more items for our Soldier. Beautiful, safe location near the Fort Benning Base and The Infantry Museum.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect—from the cleanliness and amenities to the overall atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and attention to detail. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the area.
