There was an issue with the thermostat in our room not working. The housekeeper went to her house and brought us her own personal space heater for us to use to stay warm. Her customer service was beyond anything I could’ve expected. We also received a discount on the rate of the room for our troubles.

Loved everything about it!

I loved it! Elevators and doors were all centrally located so you didn't have a long walk no matter where your room was. The beds, oh the beds, were amazingly comfortable! After a short walk with all our luggage and then a pain free and awesome nights sleep you get to start your day with a great breakfast. There are so many choices, hot, cold, fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, omelets, bacon, hashbrowns, and more I'm sure, but you get the idea. Loved it and the price was very reasonable. I've stayed in both the Marriot and the Hilton for double the price but the Hampton has them beat hands down! Lol, they better watch out because the Hampton is going to put them out of business!

Rooms look great…..no hot water all weekend for a shower throughout hotel, turned on heat, smelled like I was going to burn the hotel down, one other parent in another rooms heater did end up setting off smoke alarms

The employee during breakfast on Sunday 12/9 was amazing. Our room was dirty. My bed has debris when I pulled the sheets back, I ended up sleeping on top of coverings. When I brought it, the reply was ok. Nothing was done to fix the problem
