Second time here - location is the main reason we stay but also have been happy each time. Rooms are small but it is in a downtown area so that’s expected. Great place to stay if you want this area.

The area was ok but lots of homeless around and definitely on something. The best thing about this hotel is there are lots of great restaurants close by. The rooms were clean for the most part but the hallways smelled and carpets needed cleaned. The rooms are very small but I think most downtown hotels are small. The staff wasn’t as nice as most… kind of a chip on their shoulders. If I came back to Columbus I’d try a different hotel.

Overall the hotel isn’t bad. Rooms are clean and the staff is nice. The reason for the one star is they fail to tell you that it is $40 a day to park with no real other option. They don’t tell you it is $40 a day until you check out so for me that was an additional $200 that was not clearly communicated when I booked the room or when I checked in.
