The stay was not bad. The staff were quick and efficient. The room trash was taken every day and they swapped out towels. The location was perfect for us and for the price not bad at all. I do recommend!

The place is just run down. It needs a face lift. Cleanliness was ok. Staff wasn’t very helpful. No ice bucket or coffee pot in the room. The location is excellent if you’re going to the Historic Crew Stadium or Fairgrounds.

Room was used for what its intended for. Just needed to rest our heads n get ready for airport. Desk agent was cordial. Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked, it took away what the Room smelled of stewing. We git air freshners. Room was ok after. Bathroom light did not work. Breakfast consisted of frozen pastry thawed, coffee n juice dispensed at your leisure. At this day and age, we're thankful for anything complimentary.

toilet was falling apart; staff was nice; there were people in parking lot begging for money, food, water. AC worked; parking was good. Floor of hotel dirty; shower dirty; shampoo we had in room looked used and gooey on outside of it. This hotel was not worth the money at all. I was very surprised. I don't care how poor you are DO NOT STAY here. I was worried all night that my MC was going to be stolen!!

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. My suitcase still smells like it. One smoke detector was literally ripped off the wall and the other was covered with a plastic bag. The only real good points were the room was cheap for a music festival weekend and the beds were comfortable.

The room was very dirty,bad enough that they moved us to another room. Air conditioner worked well, evening staff eas very polite. Breakfast was small pre packaged pastries that yiu find in a dollar store, and they were stale.

The rooms smelled smoky. I was moved to another room that smelled like covered up smoke. Wet hair was on the floor by the bed. The refrigerator was not clean and smelled. It looked like it was found on the side of a curb. There was no microwave. Pictures show a pool which of course was not operating. I left after an hour because I had a child and couldn’t get past the smell. The worker was friendly and understood. He told me to contact Expedia for a potential or partial refund and of course neither Expedia responded or management of the place responded.

The outside stairway to 2nd story rooms was horribly filthy. The floor in the room probably had not been mopped in a year. Front desk friendly, bed was clean and we just needed to sleep.

Our stay was ok. The staff was nice. The place itself was ok too. The service could be better. I asked for some towels, took them an hour+ to bring some clean towels. Breakfast wasn't much of choices. Overall, it was an ok stay.
