We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and loved it, so I booked a return trip without checking current reviews. Big mistake. It took the young attendant 15 minutes to check me in, glancing furtively at his computer. Eventually he asked me to wait while he physically went to check if our room was ready. I'll give him credit for that. The room had a slowly turning ceiling fan that could not be turned off or changed because the knob on the wall was broken off. One of the design amenities is that the bed is separated from a lounge area by french doors. The one door sagged so that it would not close without lifting it while pulling. The door latch was stuck inside the door, you could not secure it if you wanted to. The french doors themselves had smeary finger prints all over them. The room had a coffee maker, but no cups. We couldn't find a hand towel, and the towels we had were different sizes. The toilet required plunging for waste to go down. (Multiple plunges!) The hall carpets throughout the facility looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time, and probably never professionally cleaned. Stairway windows were open, which might have been okay if one of the screens hadn't had a volley ball size hole in it. I can't critique the breakfast because we were too grossed out to try it. I can say that the coffee was not hot. Sorry to be so brutal, but whoever is managing the property needs a wake up call.

Room was adequate, seemed clean, bed was comfortable. Property needs an overhaul; public areas were dirty, wall trim often damaged or missing, carpets in hallways appeared filthy and/or decades old. Furniture in lobby area was worn, like when you have a fabric couch that should've been replaced years ago. Sign in breakfast area threatened $50 fine for taking breakfast or beverages to room. Breakfast lacked any type of eggs, breakfast room dirty,unclean, cramped. Place wasn't awful but I'll never stay here again.

The room was in ok condition. Nothing fancy. The room needs brighter light bulbs. No sheers at the windows in our room, so we had to keep the blackouts drapes closed. We were on the first floor. the side exit door had no lock on it. Our room was by the exit door. They need garbage cans at the exit doors. The grounds were filled with litter. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff was very friendly. We had to ask for towels each day.

The rooms felt a little dirty. Their airport “shuttle” is a Lyft driver. The rooms could use some updating. The leather desk chair Had holes in it, the carpet had stains, the coffee maker looked dusty, no soap was provided. It was fine for one night near the airport and about what we expected for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The continental breakfast was average. You must eat it in the cafe and can’t bring food to your room.

Good for the price. Got off to a slow start because they were unable to take a credit card due to the system being desk. So gave $50 bill for security deposit after some confusion. Lady at the front was really polite. Got my $50 back checking out with no issues . The rest of the staff I interacted with were friendly. Rooms were pretty clean and tidy . Only complaint was there was only 1 towel in the room for 3 guests . The nice lady at the front gave us extra towels and apologized. I was a little apprehensive about this place after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend and would stay there again

Do NOT start here. So dirty. The three employees there are trying the best they can but they are expected to do literally everything. Floors are dirty, people smoking weed outside the front door. Elevator broken, pool broken, breakfast was so unappetizing, dirty and gross. Paid way too much to be treated like that. No soap to wash your hands with in the rooms. Dirty wash clothes left in shower from prior guests. Go elsewhere to relax
