Great staff and room was immaculate. Very quiet and lovely bed and pillows… best sleep I’ve had at a hotel. Very easy to get to an and plenty of parking . Was nice to be able to walk to variety of restaurants Can’t wait to stay again !

An overnight visit

We appreciated the breakfast buffet. We were glad for the late hours available for the swimming pool since we arrived late. Staff was excellent. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great Hotel

The hotel was staff was amazing, they were always friendly and pleasant, and Haley asked where we were eating dinner and gave us discount coupons. The hotel was clean and quiet and they had complimentary coffee, lemon water, juice, cookies and popcorn in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again when we go back to the Columbus Zoo.

This is a very nice facility, very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Really nice breakfast and coffee, water available always, cookies and popcorn offered in the evening. Our only recommendation would be to add grab bars in the tub area. It was a little scary for an older person without any mobility problems.
