The location is great, just out of the way enough but right on the Riverwalk, making it a short, easy, and beautiful walk to downtown, plus if your up for a longer walk you can hit up local museums all from the Riverwalk. And if you would rather drive the parking is great and there is plenty of it.

The hotel was beautifully kept in the period it was built while converting to its current use. The property was very clean and maintained and the staff were very engaging and friendly. The breakfast was good as well. My only grip and this could be personal but the mattress was very soft and a little uncomfortable.... I hate to even write the last part because everything else was so good.
