6/10 Okay

Disliked: Amenities
For a POSH place and price…. Just Meh. First off great location for nationwide arena & super comfy beds. The cons: Thermostat is capped at 68 degrees…. Not great for this menopausal lady. There was NO room fridge. ( kinda a big deal for us). The elevators stopped working during our stay… On the 7th floor … NOT cool and the ice machines didnt work either. Ran down to front desk for that (no big deal but another hassle) . Nice property, we did eat at the rooftop restaurant and walked up 5 flights.

The room and the bathroom were clean the moment we walked in. The view from the 11th floor was everything. I will definitely stay here again. The only downside was the parking. $45/day for valet

People are great and so is the food. Very good alternative to one of the convention center hotels if they are too expensive or booked. Honestly this is probably better anyway.

We will be booking for every stay in Columbus! We had a corner room that was so spacious, the room was clean and all we had to do was text for anything and it was taken care of! Checkout was the latest of all the hotels we've ever been at and it was walking distance to convention center!
