Overall the property and rooms were nice, a lot of food options close by. Only dislike was the cardio machines in the workout room did not function properly when we tried to use them but overall a nice workout area.

A/C, heating unit in my room wasn’t working at all. Room was very noisy as it was right next a main road and interstate. Difficult to sleep. Maybe if I had a working HVAC unit I wouldn’t have noticed it as much. Rooms are dated. Especially for the price. Room was very clean. Staff very professional and friendly. Parking was convenient.

There where a few cosmetic issues in my room ( porcelain lid to the toilet tank had a large chunk out of it exposing the water in the refill tank) but nothing that I would say that would prevent me from staying here again. The property was clean safe and easy to get to. The front desk staff were both excellent! And my bed was very comfortable and my stay was extremely quiet.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable accomodation

The room booked was not available at check-in due to the hotel having had to move another guest. The gal at the front desk was super friendly, apologetic, and set us up with another equally acceptable room. She, and the clerk on duty at check-out in the morning were very pleasant and efficient in their role. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed the coffee service in lobby in the morning was not available as the machine was out of order. We would stay again.

Waited 10 minutes at desk. Guy walks up says name and never said another word until he said "elevator is that way. Shoved a paper at me and never said anything so I filled it out. The hotel was very quiet and it was clean.

Budget friendly but could use some work

Sometimes no hot water in the morning or at night. Roach was waiting outside our door. Insect on pillow when we got there. House keepers only come every 7 days so basically if you’re there for less than that you won’t see a house keeper and no they won’t even take the trash outside your door. Staff was friendly though. Free laundry and gym. Price was good for the stay but could fix some the above would be great.

The front desk attendant at check in was very polite and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was on the 4th floor so it was quiet. Not sure if it was because I was on the 4th floor towards the end but had cold showers every morning for the first 3. The front desk attended said to let the hot water run for 15 min in the morning before getting in the shower. That helped but wound up turning on the shower, the bathroom faucet and the kitchen faucet and got hot water after about 10-15 minutes. Stayed 11 nights. Was told when I checked in that seeing that I was staying so long housekeeping would not come until the 7th day but if I needed fresh linens to go to the front desk. Was there 11 nights never received housekeeping services. Being there 11 nights it was nice ti be able to cook dinner every night and not have to eat out every meal. I would stay there again but it wouldn’t take much effort on there part to make the experience better.

I am only giving it 4 stars because I wasn't able to actually get to the hotel. Unfortunately, I'm going through a huge transition in my life, and I barely made it outside and so I missed my opportunity (and lost money) to see what the hotel was like. It looks really nice and if I have the opportunity to go to it, I'll hopefully be able to actually rate it properly.

Room had no running toilet and I was basically told told bad because there was no maintenance there and no rooms. So 4 ppl in one room with no running toilet. Also no working tv. What a joke.
