Love the location best excellent for where I go in Columbus hot tub is hot. Breakfast is always good. Staff is always friendly. This is multi times. We stay at this motel and if there is a problem, they will adjust it and fix it.

To be honest the stay wasn’t too bad at all- I was staying here due to meetings down town ohio… so it wasn’t bad but for having to come with my kids, i feel parking was so limited, and pool was ok but seemed like it needed up-keeping not sure if cleaning or just upgrade.. carpet in halls needs super deep cleaning - and our room had like a humidity smell which was a little annoying- overall the location is really close to all stores and restaurants which was a major convenience everything was within 5-10 min if not less…

I only stayed for one night for the Bruno concert, but the staff were super nice, their pool is nice too. It's heated and there's a hot tub. I definitely love that but overall, I would stay there again.

This Hotel is a great value for your money. Clean rooms: They do not clean everyday you are there but they clean every 3rd day. They ask you to put your trash outside your door and any used towels you want replaced. They will come in and place clean towels in your bathroom on those noncleaning days. The staff is awesome and will do anything you ask of them. Margaret, the night clerk is awesome! The breakfast every morning is fresh and tasty. The hotel was having coffee machine and icemaker issues while we were there but they were trying to get things fixed quickly. Great hotel for the cost of the stay!
