Couldn't even stay night, multiple cockroaches when walking in and a smaller bug when opened bed sheets. Staff was talking about a winter storm taking the power out but it is middle of September.

My stay was great and will definitely be coming back. I was little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and Sam the front desk, helped us with extra linens at middle of night. The room was super clean and comfy bed. Kids enjoyed the pool and the fitness center was adequate for my need. The breakfast was really good and we specifically liked the hot scrambled eggs and sausage. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel .

Trash piles next to garbage cans sat for days. Asked house keeping to change sheets. They put sheets on a chair in my room. Had to change myself. Same breakfast every morning for five days.

The stat was terrible. I booked a room for one night, but when I got there the manger or the owner inform me that he had no more rooms and he had to refund me my money and this was like 8 or 9 something at night.

Bugs and dirty towels left In the room and the pool was green. Our shower was the worst part - full of cracks and mold as well as a dirty stained washcloth. and It was nice that they had a breakfast bar but that was the only good thing.

The room was filthy and stunk something terrible. One of the beds was in the wrong size frame so the metal stuck out. I retired over it and cut my leg. The sheets and bed skirt was stained and disgusting.

The water was shut off multiple times throughout my stay for a total of about 6–8 hours. There were around six separate outages where I couldn’t use the sink, take a shower, or even flush the toilet. It made it impossible to handle basic personal hygiene or use the bathroom normally. Having no running water for that long, especially in repeated outages, was extremely inconvenient and took away from the comfort and value of the stay. I understand maintenance issues can happen, but the repeated interruptions and lack of reliable access to basic necessities made for a very disappointing experience.

do not stay here. Everything is gross. I stayed for a wedding because I wanted to keep my travel costs down but honestly it’s not worth what you save. It’s like 1 guy that works the whole thing and he does not care about anything. The towels were all stained with brown splotches and the sheets were sticky. The sink didn’t drain - there was a bug coming out of the top drain thing in the sink - they definitely refill the tiny shampoo bottles and conditioners. Our card key scanner stopped working so men who weren’t wearing shoes came and tried to fix it but couldn’t. They used a hard a twist key to let me in and it made me feel extremely unsafe as if they could enter whenever they please (I’m a female traveler) The room next to us had a picture of 2 pit bulls taped to the door and a sign that said “DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR - DOGS WILL BITE” I felt EXTREMELY unsafe. The whole place feels like someone was just in the room seconds before you. When we got there it was raining and a door was just open and swinging. I thought I was finding a cheap way to travel to Georgia but literally just pay up for a slightly nicer hotel and thank me later.

AC barely works even on high. Left it on all day while at work (10 hour shift) and when we returned, it was still way too hot. We had to switch rooms, and was told to leave the previous room’s door cracked. We did exactly that. While at checkout, they informed us we would not be getting our deposit back due to the room smelling of weed. We get drug tested for work and do not do drugs. Surrounding neighbors were smoking weed around the pool; making the room that we were told to leave open smell of marijuana. One look at the cameras would have confirmed this. The first room’s bed frame was sticking out, and my coworker cut and bruised their leg on it. Very unsafe. The second room’s AC was only slightly better, but even that is a stretch. The clothes rack came out of the wall while trying to store light luggage atop it, and the towel holder in the bathroom popped off and hit me in the top of my head. We were also unable to swim the entire time due to the severe buildup of mold within the pool. Coworkers said their rooms were disgusting, and ended up moving to an Airbnb which was just not in our budget.

I reserved a double queen room and when we got there to check in our room wasn't ready. So they put us in a single king room. When we got to our room I had to pretty much kick the door to get it open. I should have just turned around right then and there. But after traveling all day from the other side of the united states my son and I were just ready for bed. So we went in and ate our dinner. First look at the room it was gross. The walls looked like someone put oily hands all over the walls. There was black stuff dripping off the door frame of the bathroom. The floors were so gross I didnt even want to take my shoes off. Then when we crawled in bed our sheets, pillows, and blanket were all damp. After about 30 mins of just trying to deal with it I decided to go to the front office and see about getting different blankets. Then the cherry on top of it all. We were locked in the room from the inside!! When trying to contact the office it just rang and rang then went to voicemail. About 4 different times. So I called the cops. They came and tried to kick in the door. Then the front office guy came around the corner. He was able to get the door open with no issues FROM THE OUTSIDE. Now being a mom with her 11 year old son with her that made me very uncomfortable. We packed our stuff back in the car and drove around front to the office to get our money back. When we got into the office the guy was very defensive and rude like we were the problem.

We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles. The property staff never emptied the trash cans outside so it was just piled up in the walk ways that you had to walk past. Also it was right outside our room so the hot trash smell was over whelming. They did not have clean towel for us. I was told to come back in a hour for some, and then told to come back the next day. We ended up going to Walmart to buy our own. Staff were friendly until you needed something and then they were rude. None of the ice machines worked. Over all the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
