Tv channels would work properly occasionally but with so much to do out there it didn’t bother us u less you have children to entertain. Everything was clean. Breakfast had to be paid for due to a premier feel and food on the table. Parking is NOT free.

Beautiful and modern luxury in the heart of downtown Columbus. The rooms are updated with rainfall showers, square fixtures and an amazingly comfortable bed. Walking distance to the arena and other downtown locations. The breakfast bar was very upscale (prosciutto, turkey sausage, oat milk, etc) but also down to earth (cereal, toast, juice). We weren't able to eat at the hotel restaurant but there were so many choices within walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay.

The whole area was just amazing. The hotel was welcoming, clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Valet was also on their game. My husband and I came for the Zara Larsson concert and Kemba Live was only an 11 min walk from the hotel. A liquor store and dispensary were with in 2 min walk from the hotel as well. Great area I definitely recommend staying.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and good customer service. The restaurant on top is great! Make sure to book a reservation. Great local close to the Short North area. Also right across the street from the North Market My only suggestion is to request a room opposite of the highway side (rt 71). It’s loud at night with the highway

The bathroom doors are terrible. (Sliding Glass Doors)They look great, but you don't have any privacy. There isn't any vent in the bathroom, so I was stuck all weekend with High protein diet eaters for the Arnold with no relief from the sounds or smells. No ventilation in the room period, so it just stank. Property looks great and the staff was super awesome. Just those 2 things really kinda ruined it for me.
