The property was in a great location and had a parking lot. I didn't like that you had to pay $12 to park there, however. There are electric vehicle charging stations in the lot, which is a great bonus. I loved the variety at breakfast. It was high quality for a hotel breakfast. It's also nice that there is a bar/restaurant in the hotel.

Very clean, people at the front desk are so nice and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Parking is well lit and safe. Close to Uof SC where my daughter goes. Wish there is a pool though but over all is a 10. Would love to go back again.

Great location. Everything feels new. Plenty of close parking (paid by app $12 per day/night). Have a bar that serves food in the lobby (5pm to 10pm); great atmosphere but they need a wait person to help the bartenders. Too long a wait for food and drinks as the 2 bartenders doing it all were slammed. Will stay here again.

If you like a lot of options for breakfast, it's included! I was happy I was able to bring my dog, and that we could walk near the river. The staff impressed!

The property has only been open for about 6 weeks, so it is squeaky clean. The woman at check in was very cheerful and told us how long she would be on duty if we needed anything the breakfast was impressive. Waffles, pancakes, eggs (real not powdered!), bacon and even a carnitas bar!

This hotel is so new it’s not currently visible on Google maps. The room was so quiet, the climate control was perfect and the bed was comfortable. Instead of adding parking to the room bill you pay using an app through a QR code. I will stay at this location again.

The Hotel was clean and my room was fine. However, my room wasn't available (being cleaned) till 4:30 pm and check in was at 3:00 pm. Then, I sat at the bar for 6 mins with a menu in my hand without help. I moved to a table and still no one even spoke to me for another 8 mins. They weren't that busy! Service was none existant and I will bypass this hotel in the future.

I was surprised that this was the second day of the hotel opening. We have stayed at Tru Hilton several times but walking into a brand new Tru was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My only compliant was the $16 charge for parking.
