One suggestion is the rooms need more pillows for the beds. We had a room with two queen beds and 2 very small flat pillows for each bed. Very uncomfortable. Cleaning could be better but overall not bad. Overall good place for a quick one night stay.

Got off too kind of a bad start the room they first put me in the floor was sticky and there was ants on the table. They put me in a room on the second floor. I was very happy with the room in the condition the room was in. I would stay there again.

When we checked in, there was an unexpected deposit that I was not informed of when booking & pre-paying for the hotel room. There was one pillow for each bed, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. The toilet continuously ran throughout the entire stay. The channels on the cable tv didn’t play anything kid-friendly.

Some of the nonsmoking rooms smelled smoky. We requested and were granted a different room for this reason. The bathroom light did not work in the next room. The breakfast is very limited, basically waffles, toast and fruit cups. It was clean and fine for one night.

Checked in went down to see the pool. It was freezing cold you couldn’t swim in it indoors went back to my room saw a cockroach about a half inch long killed it a little later saw a second cockroach about a half inch long killed it and then a couple hours later I’m sitting on the bed and a cockroach crawled up that was over an inch long Went down and asked for a different room. They said they were full and couldn’t move me refuse to reimburse me. I checked out anyway, and went to a different hotel.

Floor was sticky and pet urine stains on the walls. Pool was closed the entire 4 days we stayed. Had to fight with the desk person to get an extra towel, 2 towels and 3 people staying in the room. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Tornado sirens went off and staff had no clue where we were supposed to go in the event of a tornado!!
