The hotel front desk when check in nice but bed bugs hotel got rude once I noticed k moved out and my family tried canceling and they were trying to charge them Thank God Expedia helped

Nice area, and close to freeway. Lots of space around and also could be better for walking in the area such as a Greenway when staying to reduce vehicle use when not as needed for when staying in the hotel to have the time to walk around to other places within the exit.

A place to sleep.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was in desperate need of updating. The service was excellent. Breakfast was hot and ready. Was a work trip where we spent very little time in our room so it was fine for our purpose.

The shower was damaged with a lot of mold, there was tape and marks on the ceiling and walls (i am assuming someone had a birthday party in there) and cleanliness was really bad but the bed was extremely comfortable so thats a plus! I had a homeless person come up to me to ask for food/money outside when i left in the morning but the area seems not too bad.

Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom fan did not work. Overhead light was out in the room. No phone in the room. Facility was quiet. Staff was pleasant but did not address problems. Outdoor patio had very limited seating. Did not clean room which was scheduled. Breakfast options were not very appetizing. Suggest more options. Food was lukewarm. Meh.
