Room appeared to be clean. The vanity light was out. There wasn't light at the sink. The bathtub drain was clogged. I ended up standing in bathwater to shower. The next person had to wait awhile for the tub to drain completely. The toilet seat was loose, shifting from side to side. This was a quick overnight stay and wasn't there long enough to wait for maintenance. The front desk clerk gave clear, concise and professional information during check in. Breakfast attendant was nice and very helpful. The area was clean and she kept items stocked. The elevator was slow and seemed to get stuck. The beds were comfortable. I stayed at this location before and had a better experience the last time. I would stay again and try another room.

We have loved all of our stays at Homewood Suites Greystone. Can’t wait for the whirlpool to be fixed. The pool is so warm! Please offer nondairy milk with coffee!

The room was clean, the floor in the kitchen area was kinda sticky perhaps from product being used on them. The pool was freezing! The kids were unable to swim and extremly upset because we chose this property specifically for the indoor pool. Jacuzzi was not working either. Very disapointing!
