Travel to Columbia frequently for family reasons. Without question favorite hotel in the area. After working out logistics of parking and two towers in the first night - I don’t want to stay anywhere else. Staff have been exceptional every visit. Location is great for walking around in the evening. I have traveled across countries for work, definitely one of my top hotels in US and #1 for Columbia

Excellent staff, batteries went out in thermostat and got hot in room and front desk immediately found batteries and came to the room and replaced them at almost 1 in the morning. Pool was a little chilly inside but outside pool was clean and warm.
