This hotel is incredibly convenient for those visiting USC, as we were. The lobby is nice with good seating options and a coffee shop on-site is much appreciated. The employee working the front desk on the morning of Friday, August 14, 2026 exemplified great customer service, well beyond what one typically sees these days. The downsides were that our room AC never went below 70 which is problematic for our family while sleeping, the floor did not appear to be vacuumed well between our beds, there is a lot of outside noise, and our door closing mechanism was malfunctioning.
