I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I would rate it a solid 5 stars! The staff here are incredibly flexible and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcomed. The bed and the hot water works fantastic but the entire Hotel was old and run down. They really shouldn't advertise breakfast because it consisted of off-brand cereal and muffin, juice and milk, coffee and yogurt.

I booked a room here last minute, the photos looked like a decent hotel. The room was absolutely filthy. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that I could see into the ceiling through. I do not think this room has been cleaned not only for me but after multiple stays of other people, there were splatters all over the walls and doors. I got out of the shower and there was a cockroach crawling down the wall. Even if staying at a budget hotel, there should be a level of expected cleanliness. Someone tried opening my door around 1am. The curtains were covered in stains. It was missing furniture, and lamps. The shower curtain and towels were stained. I’m pretty sure the sheets were not fresh either. This is not a “3 star” hotel and I have no idea how they more than a 0 for reviews. This place is a health code violation, I have photos of everything and look forward to hearing back from you.

The guy at the desk was lazy and rude. He got mad because I called to check on my room. When I got there, he was watching TV or something and it took a minute for him to come to the desk, the room was gross, dirty towels, torn up chair, blanket with holes in it, & it smelled like cigarette smoke! e, The air conditioner did not work properly.
