I love how quaint the hotel is, the breakfast furnished and the view from the room. The proximity to the shops in Manitou Springs, the gas station, restaurants, convenience store, grocery store, Starbucks, shuttle bus and all of the sights and attractions to to visit was very convenient.

We had a good room with a wonderful view. We could see Pikes Peak from our window and Garden of the Gods from the breakfast room. G of G was less than 10 minutes away, and downtown Manitou Springs was within long walking distance.

Normally I only book at chain hotels but I decided to try and save some money. The property is old however fairly well maintained. The pool looked well maintained. The rooms were dated but very clean. Breakfast was slim pickings, adding bananas would be nice. Overall, no frills hotel. Clean and wonderful location.

Our stay was great - clean, comfortable, quiet. My only criticism is that there was no recycling for cans and bottles. When you're on the road you need to drink out of cans and bottles. This is Colorado. Why not have a recycling bin? Somewhere??!!

This was a clean room with a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. One suggestion I would make is to NOT peel the hard-boiled eggs. I would visit this hotel again.
