My kids had an amazing time for Christmas! Loved that there was a dunkin and ice cream shop on site for a reasonable price. Great location & close to a lot of shops and entertainment. On site entertainment was excellent. I wish the hotel had a hot tub!

The staff were super nice and very informative during check in as this was our first time here. The room was ok. The sink and the tub did not drain very well and the toilet clogged. My husband had to ask the front desk twice for a plunger before we finally got one. Overall the room didn’t have a “clean” feeling. I understand this is a very busy hotel.

Great location, we could view the Academy and Pikes Peak from our balcony room. The indoor water park is great. We just stayed overnight during our trip, but could spent a few days here. Plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. The lodge dining was top notch.
