We had a wonderful experience at The Cliff House at Pikes Peak! From the moment we arrived, the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, with so much charm and character throughout. The location was perfect! We loved being able to easily enjoy the local downtown shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Beautiful hotel, great location, and outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Cliff House at Pikes Peak to anyone visiting the area!

It is not new or modern, but we didn't expect that and, in fact, were looking for antique charm, which this is! Centrally located in Manitou Springs historic distric, so walking around all the shops and restaurants was super easy. We used the valet, so parking wasn't even a consideration or issue--again, super easy and worth the money. Lovely stay for an overnight or quick weekend getaway!

Lovely Hotel in Manitou Springs currently undergoing a major renovation, The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The air conditioning in our room was exceptionally noisy so we had to leave it off.

The property is undergoing a renovation. But don't let that stop you from staying. Our room was nice. Restaurant was nice. Our dinner was very good. Wine selection be the glass could be improved. Bar needs work, but, as I said. the hotel is undergoing renovation. Porch is a classic.

This beautiful old hotel is hopefully getting the makeover it needs. We were upgraded to a suite, but the bathroom was falling apart and the shower wouldn't adjust--all hot water. Also, we encountered a snotty lazy bartender in the bar. Desk staff was great; valet was great. The location is perfect.

The hotel is a great location, with in walking distance of downtown manitou. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the historic feel of the hotel. The hotel is currently under construction until 2027 so be aware of that. It’s not super disruptive but something to be aware of. Would love to come back and stay again!

The Cliffhouse is a favorite landmark of mine in Manitou Springs, but it is currently under construction and this definitely is something to consider before booking there. The front desk was not helpful and did not know when their bar would open on a Sunday afternoon. I was advised at noon however it didn’t open until 2:00 pm and I had planned a lunch there with some local friends. We had to walk through the construction zone three times to keep checking to see if it had opened yet! Their restaurant does serve a nice breakfast and I would recommend including breakfast as part of your booking package if you book through Expedia.

The stay at The Cliff House is always great for us. Although I would love to see the history be brought back to life on the exterior. We really missed the breakfast buffet this time around but they do have a nice breakfast menu. Staff was pleasant.
