Upon entry kitchen water was blasting out of the faucet. I was asked to keep the water on for the duration of my visit. No insulation in the kitchen a whole side of the house so it was freezing and drafty. There was unfinished construction in the kitchen, an abandoned door that was nailed shut, with cold air piling in. The walkway wasn't shoveled and full of snow. On the last night we wanted to soak in the hot tub and found the water cloudy and murky definitely not maintained properly. We requested a partial refund, still waiting for the property management to return our email.
