Vacations Close To Colonial Industrial Quarter

For a “luxury hotel” this hotel was one step above a motel. The rooms were outdated, old, and appeared dirty. Our room had shades that didn’t work and flickering lights, not to mention an air conditioner that sounded like a plane taking off. The staff at the main desk was not very friendly or welcoming either. Not worth the $300/night stay in my opinion.

I was impressed with the hotel and casino.

It was a good stay. It was hard to find parking in the street. There as a parking a close by.

The customer service is what made this trip so great. All the managers were very helpful, we had a super early flight and everyone was tired so they were able to check us in early. We went for the World Cup game and they had a late menu for those of us coming in after the game. That was very thoughtful. So all around very great customer service. Only thing, they really need to clean the rooms better, it was really dusty and covers had stained.

Front desk associates...Andrew and Ariana were wonderful....however, my room wasn't clean for 3 days after calling and visiting front desk multiple times....no clean towels, etc. Finally on 4th day Andrew spoke with the supervisor and my room was finally cleaned with clean towels and sheets...never did I encountered anything like this...but it didn't ruin my vacation.....kinda hesitant in booking Hampton again, with the every other day service....

It was a nice hotel and convenient.
