Hotel was nice, we upgraded to an apartment so we could have a balcony. Good breakfast in the morning, a little far from the old town, but we walked and enjoyed the view along the river.

Great location

Positive experience all around. Very close walk to ATMS, the waterfront, restaurants and shops, etc. Host was very excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast available as well. Would stay here again. Very short drive from Old Colonia, and honestly could be walked to.

I have been to the hotel many times. Good value for money. But the maintenance of the facilities is not good and the cleaning of the air conditioning filters in the room is almost always conspicuous by its absence

To begin the check in was incredibly slow. The room had a fridge which was dirty. Some of the wall electrical sockets were not working. Over a two night stay we had to have our card key reset 5 times. Each time having to traipse down to reception and never an apology received. The with only a couple of exceptions were unfriendly and some rude. The breakfast was ok. The best feature of this hotel is the pool. We have traveled extensively in South America and this is the worst hotel ever stayed at

The condition of this property is poor, the pool area is clean and the inside of the hotel needs repairs, everything is very old. The windows need cleaning. The fuses in our room went out and we were without electricity. In general, it is noticeable that the management does not want to spend an extra cent. The location is good. There is also no roof at the entrance, if it rains you get wet.

A lovely hotel right on the riverfront, where you can walk for miles. The old town is about a 15-minute walk. A nice indoor heated pool and a lovely outdoor one too

They gave us a room designed for handicapped, a foul smell was coming through the shower sink, the street noise was heard all night due to poor windows insulation, the toilet paper holder was broken, the TV couldn’t stream Amazon due to poor internet speed, and so on.

Too expensive for the service

Not worth the price unfortunately in our case. Had called a few days prior to asure there was a crib for our baby. It wasn´t ready and had to be found(luckily the team did eventually). Just did not feel it was worth the price. Also, there was a lot of noise the entire night. It was as if there was no windows at some times. Not good with a baby. We stayed the next day in the old town for less money in a nicer hotel. Will not recommend, nor come back.

La habitación tenía una mancha de humedad, me quedé con el pestillo de la puerta del baño en la mano cuando quise cerrar la puerta y el bidet perdía agua continuamente. No códice con el precio por día (125 usd más IVA). Lo mejor son los espacios comunes como la terraza con la piscina y la vista sobre el río.

Estacionamierno? en la calle o pagar 15 U$D por día. Ersonal atento. En el horario del desayuno: desbordados. Aclaro que fue la cuarfa vez que cocurría a dicho hotel y nada que ver con las veces anteriores. No se si volvería...
