Staff was so friendly and helpful. It is on quiet street but close enough to restaurants and sights. The pool was a great plus after day touring wineries in Carmelo. Coffee A in the mornings.

Lovely!

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Colonia. The continental breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Relaxing at the plunge pool was a perfect end to the day.

This was our favorite place we stayed at while in Uruguay. The all woman staff made the expierence even better by being friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Rooms and common areas were extremely clean. Beautiful artwork and pool/patio area. Will definitely be back!

Great location, close to all the main places but in a quiet area of town with space to park. Friendly and efficient staff. The main area is very nice, with art and plants. Room was outdated, dark, musty. Old and noisy air conditioning, no plugs by the beds. Good shower and mattress.

This is a very special hotel. It is small and intimate with a very welcoming staff. Immediately upon entrance I knew I had made a great decision. The laid back ambiance, the earth tones, the balcony, the thoughtful but unique physical layout and even the other guests all combined to make Posada Boutique Las Terrazas a very special place.

It's a very small hotel, the bed was small (not a king size). At check in which was around 8:30 pm we asked for late check out and say there was availability but for an extra charge. We said we were arriving late and since they have availability they can let us stay for free. The lady said it was not her fault we were arriving late. The next morning there was another lady and was very nice and let us stay until 1. I don't know what is with hotel lately, they want to charge extra for early check in and also charge for late check out, but they never give you money back when you arrive late or leave early.

Es una posada muy agradable, con ambientes amplios, el personal en todos sus turnos es muy amable. Las habitaciones son confortables,solo deberían mejorar las camas singles, ya que son un poco angostas para los adultos. Para mi gusto, al desayuno le falta variedad de frutas o una ensalada de frutas. La calidad del queso no es muy buena, teniendo en cuenta que estamos en zona de lácteos. Subrayo la atención del personal, la ubicación y la decoración muy agradable.

Funcionários educados e prestativos (nos ajudaram com as malas, deram ótimas dicas de turismo), chuveiro excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, cama superconfortável! O único lado ruim é que ficamos apenas uma noite. Muito, muito arigatooo! Com certeza voltaremos, e já estou indicando para amigos e familiares. Muitos hotéis e pousadas oferecem apenas um lugar para dormir, mas vocês foram muito além. Me surpreenderam com atenção, carinho e qualidade em cada detalhe. Parabéns, continuem assim — vocês merecem 10 estrelas!

The hotel is located within walking distance to the ferry port and close to all points of interest in town. It is also close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very welcoming. The lobby has comfortable seating areas and a cozy fire for cool winter days. My room was modern, clean and comfortable. The best part of this property is the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and friendly. They made every effort to ensure that my needs were met. I recommend a stay at this property if you find yourself in town!
