The front desk was incredible and suggested the best lunch and dinner spots for our 1 day in Colonia. I forget her name (but she lives next door and is amazing) definitely helped us have a great experience in the city. Also the breakfast was great and they have a cute garden you can enjoy it in!

It is a very nice place to stay. Marta is a very person and she speaks English. The service is great. The place is about 10 min away from the COT bus station and the old town on the walk.

This boutique hotel was a perfect place to begin our stay in South America. We were greeted and were made to feel welcome right away. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was very welcome on a very hot fall day.

Just very frustrated that they list laundry when in fact there’s just a laundromat nearby. That didn’t work for us, given the quick day trip, laundromat hours, and we specifically booked this property as it listed laundry. Other than that, it’s a great place, and would otherwise be a 5 star review from me for the value. But this has put us in a bit of a pickle as we’re now scrambling to figure out laundry somewhere on an 18 day trip where we really don’t have much downtime.

Comfortable, Convenient and Outstanding Service

Amazing! The service was outstanding. The three girls at the front desk were exceptional. They take care of the check-in, breakfast, luggage storage, room service...they do everything perfectly and with a smile and awesome attitude. We felt welcome at all time, they provided wall adapters for our electronics and were always on top of everything. The room was very comfortable, clean and neat, The shower and bathroom were also very spacious and we had a great indoor patio view. Since it's a small city, everything is close by. We were 3 blocks away from the port. I can't recommend this place enough!

Check in is a breeze. Property is close to the centro attractions and easy to walk. You have a cute museum in the PB. Kitchen could have been better equipped. Bathroom is not supplied with toiletries.
