We had an excellent stay at the Radisson in Colon. The staff here was exceptionally friendly. The front desk attendants Javier and Yelenis took great care of us. They accommodated all our needs seamlessly, and the bartender and restaurant provided excellent service. I strongly recommend staying here when visiting Panama.

The restaurant staff are great,I love Diana she is the best but all the staff are good people tho. Front desk staff is nice too. Just wish for some bleach to be use when cleaning the bathroom. Upon arrival I was told that, I was told that even though I had a reservation confirmation, they were not aware of it. After close to an hour I was told that they had managed to find a room for us. An “upgrade”. I had booked a king suite and was placed in a room with 2 double beds. The upgrade was a balcony that looked out over a warehouse parking lot. The supper buffet was good, the breakfast buffet was average. The highlight was the omelette station.
